By accessing or using the StarVale website, services, or applications (collectively, the 'Service'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ('Terms'). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use the Service.

StarVale provides a universal ecosystem of payments, digital services, and creative technology. This includes, but is not limited to, SValePay, SVale Cloud, StarVale ID, and the Developer Console. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice.

3. User Accounts & Responsibilities

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create a StarVale ID account. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete registration information.
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account credentials.
  • All activities that occur under your account.
  • Notifying StarVale immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Engage in any illegal, fraudulent, or abusive activities.
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Distribute spam, viruses, or other malicious software.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on the Service are the property of StarVale or their respective owners. You are not permitted to use these marks without the prior written consent of StarVale or the third party that may own the marks.

6. Termination

StarVale may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. StarVale makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties. In no event shall StarVale be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which StarVale is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
